JUNE 16 DEPART USA
Depart on an overnight from Phoenix to Paris/CDG
JUNE 17 PARIS
Welcome to Paris/CDG- France. Upon arrival meet your local guide and board the motor coach and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to become acclimated to the new time zone. Overnight in Paris. (Dinner at the hotel)
JUNE 18 PARIS
After breakfast, meet your local guide at the hotel for a full day sightseeing tour. Mass at the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal. View the incorrupt body of St. Catherine LaBoure whose guardian angel led her to the chapel where the Blessed Virgin displayed a vision of the miraculous medal and later the green scapular. Visit St. Vincent de Paul at Rue de Bac and continue on with the tour of Paris. Drive past the Eiffel Tower, L’Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee. Visit Notre Dame Cathedral and in the afternoon visit Sacre Coeur located in the heart of Montmarte, the artist section and overlooking the city. Overnight in Paris. (B.D.)
JUNE 19 PARIS- NEVERS – PARAY LE MONIAL
Today we depart for Nevers for a visit to St. Gildard’s Convent to view the incorrupt body of St. Bernadette, and have Mass at the Chapel. After taking the veil in 1867, St. Bernadette lived for 12 years as a member of the Congregation of Sisters of Nevers. We have lunch prepared by the sisters and in the afternoon we travel to Paray Le Monial, the Cradle of Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, since Our Blessed Lord appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque at the Visitation Convent. JUNE 20 ARS –LE PUY
After breakfast depart for Ars where we celebrate Mass at the Altar of St. John Vianney, Patron Saint of Parish Priests. We will drive through the countryside of Provence, dotted with vineyards, villages and fields of sunflower and lavender to Le Puy. With the exception of the Italian shrines, this Marian shrine received more papal visits than any other. You are greeted by huge statue Our Lady of France towering over the city, on one hill and on the other the sanctuary of St. Michel. In the Cathedral you see the statue of the Black Madonna. JUNE 21 LE PUY- LOURDES
Today we arrive at the great pilgrimage center of Lourdes. We have Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle. In the evening participate in the spectacular Candlelight Procession joining thousands of pilgrims in praying the Rosary and singing hymns in honor of the Mother of God. Overnight in Lourdes. (B.D.)
JUNE 22 LOURDES
Today we start with a Mass followed by a walking tour of Lourdes. Virgin Mary appeared to Bernadette in 1858 Time is scheduled to visit the Healing Baths with their healing miraculous waters , Stations of the Cross, Blessing of the Sick and personal prayer and devotion. Overnight in Lourdes. (B.D.)
JUNE 23 NICE
We depart Lourdes and drive to the beautiful French Riviera, passing through many lovely little towns and villages along the Mediterranean Sea. Arrive Nice and transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Nice. (B.D.)
JUNE 24 PADOVA
This morning we drive along the scenic coast viewing Monte Carlo and the Principality of Monaco. We depart France to Italy and continue to Padua, home of St. Anthony. Visit the Basilica and celebrate Mass. Overnight in Padua. (B.D.)
JUNE 25 ASSISI
Our motor coach takes us to Assisi where we explore the hilltop birthplace of St. Francis. In the crypt of St. Francis Basilica lies the tomb of one of the most beloved saints of all time. Visit the Basilica of St. Francis, the Basilica of St. Clare, Church of St. Damiano and the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angel. Overnight in Assisi. (B.D.)
JUNE 26 LORETO- LANCIANO
After Mass at the Tomb of St. Francis, travel to Loreto to visit the Holy House of Nazareth. Continue to Lanciano to visit the Sanctuary of San Legoniziano and the 8th century Eucharistic miracle, one of the most moving sites for a pilgrim. Overnight in Lanciano (B.D.)
JUNE 27 MONTE SAN ANGELO - SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO
Travel south to Monte San’t Angelo, and its center the Sanctuary of San Michael which was erected over a grotto where the Archangel Michael is said to have appeared in the year 490. In the late afternoon arrive in San Giovanni. Overnight in San Giovanni. (B.D.)
JUNE 28 SAN GIOVANNI- ROME
Morning Mass at the Tomb of Padre Pio. Visit places associated with Padre Pio, his tomb and cell; the old church where he received the stigmata; his confessional; and the new church of Santa Maria Delle Grazia. In the afternoon we travel to Rome. (B.D.)
JUNE 29 ROME
In the morning we start with Christian Rome tour which includes Saints Mary Major & John Lateran, St. Paul Outside the Wall, Holy Stairs and Holy Cross in Jerusalem. Followed by a drive to the Appian Way to visit the Catacombs of St. Callisctus. Overnight in Rome. (B.D.)
JUNE 30 ROME
This morning we attend the Papal Audience followed by a tour of St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museum, Library and Sistine Chapel. In the afternoon we have an Ancient Rome tour which includes the Coliseum, Piazza Venezzia, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and more. We will visit to the Capuchin Crypt beneath the Capuchin Church of the Immaculate Conception atop the Spanish steps, for a remarkable message about the meaning of life and time.
Tonight we enjoy a farewell dinner at a traditional Italian Restaurant where you can sing along with local music and savor home cooked dishes and regional wine. Overnight Rome. (B.F/D.)

A booking may be canceled but must be made in writing by either party. This pilgrimage has a minimum number of 20 pilgrims. Refunds are returned upon the booking of another person to replace the refundable person

JMJ Ministries acts only in the capacity of agents for the Airline and the Land Operator in all matters pertaining to Hotel Accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by air, railroad, motor coach, motor car, steamship, boat or any other means and, as such, holds no responsibility for any damage(s) from any cause(s) whatsoever. JMJ Pilgrimages will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by the air, rail, ship, boat or bus arrivals or departures or by any change in schedule or their conditions; baggage or any article belonging to the passenger. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person traveling under our auspices. The concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance, or in the car, limousine or bus of ground transportation operators, or in the premises of hotels, pensions or other places of accommodation. The passenger contract used by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of this tour and/or the passenger. JMJ Ministries is not responsible for any and all funds paid to the airline and/or land operator on behalf of the passenger which are the subject of refund, dispute, insolvency or any other reason whatsoever. The undersigned will indemnify and hold harmless JMJ Ministries from any and all liability whatsoever, including attorney’s fees and costs, from any claims by anyone.
